Is the value of my trip limited by how much I have in my Dreamly Fund?
No! If your trip requires an additional payment beyond what is available to you in your Dreamly fund, you can make an additional payment to Krugo during the booking process. Additionally, if your Dreamly fund has enough to cover your portion of the trip, but you have others joining, they can make payments directly through Krugo as well.
Can I redeem my trip whenever I want?
You will require a minimum $1,000 balance in your Dreamly fund to begin the booking process with Krugo. Your employer may also require that you reach a certain threshold before you can initiate the booking process.
What happens if Krugo can’t plan my dream trip?
We haven’t found a trip that we couldn’t help with yet! You’ll have an opportunity to connect with a Krugo team member to share a bit more about what you have in mind.
Can I bring other people on my trip?
Absolutely! You can use your Dreamly fund to cover aspects of the trip for yourself as well as others that you might want to bring along. Have some friends coming along but they need to pay their own way? We can help with that, too.
Can I cancel my trip?
Krugo will provide information to you on how you can make changes to the various aspects of your trip. Once each of the bookings related to the trip has been confirmed, Krugo will provide you with information about how to make changes to your reservations.
Can I modify my trip?
It depends. Some aspects of your booking can be modified after the booking while others may not. Don’t worry, though. All of this information will be shared with you before any reservations are made.
What is covered by my Dreamly fund?
The large building blocks of your trip such as airfare, accommodations, event tickets and passes for tours, activities and recreation can all be booked using funds in your Dreamly account. From there, you can use the Krugo app to dial in the finer details of your trip such as restaurant reservations.
Do I have to follow one of the inspiration templates?
Absolutely not. We’re here to help you with inspiration but if you’ve got a vision, we’ll help you make it happen.
